Managing the Complete Water Cycle

TREE Green Solutions provides engineering design and management services for water and wastewater systems across industries, institutions, hotels, hospitals, and urban infrastructure. Our services cover the complete water cycle — from sourcing and conservation through treatment and safe disposal — helping organisations manage water responsibly, reduce consumption, and meet regulatory requirements.

Water Management and Conservation

Water Treatment Plants

TREE Green Solutions designs and implements water treatment plants for industries and institutions requiring treated water for process, utility, or potable use. Treatment systems are designed based on source water quality, end-use requirements, and applicable standards — ensuring reliable and consistent water quality output.

Plant Performance Enhancement Services

Operational support services for water treatment systems covering a range of maintenance and upgrade activities to ensure efficient and reliable plant performance. Services include installation and replacement of dosing pumps, equipment servicing, system upgrades, and other operational support activities.

Rainwater Harvesting Systems

We provide rainwater harvesting assessments and system design based on architectural drawings, survey data, and site conditions.

Our services include:

    icon

Design of recharge pits and rainwater harvesting system

    icon

Rainwater harvesting potential estimation for area

    icon

Technical feasibility studies for urban parks, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects

We work in collaboration with architectural firms such as Jana Urban Space and industrial clients to deliver practical and sustainable solutions.

Wastewater Treatment

What is Sewage?

Wastewater generated from kitchens and toilets within a facility is called sewage. Sewage contains organic matter, suspended solids, and pathogens that must be treated before the water can be safely reused or discharged.

TREE Green Solutions provides engineering design and execution of wastewater treatment plants for hotels, hospitals, convention halls, industries, and institutions. Treated water is reused for landscaping and other non-potable applications — reducing freshwater consumption and ensuring responsible wastewater management.

Treatment Plant Types

icon
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

Treats domestic wastewater from kitchens and toilets. Treated water is reused for landscaping and non-potable applications within the facility.

icon
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Tailored treatment systems for industrial effluents — designed to handle the specific chemical and biological characteristics of wastewater generated by manufacturing and process industries.

icon
Zero Liquid Discharge Plant (ZLD)

Advanced treatment systems that eliminate liquid waste discharge entirely — recovering and recycling all process water within the facility for complete liquid discharge control.

Technologies used in STPs

We design and build STPs using three proven biological treatment technologies, selected based on the capacity, space availability, and effluent quality requirements of each project:

Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)

sbr

A fill-and-draw activated sludge process where treatment occurs in cycles within a single tank. SBR systems are compact, flexible, and capable of producing high-quality treated effluent. Suitable for medium-capacity applications with variable flow conditions.

Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR)

mbbr

A continuous flow biological treatment process using plastic carrier media on which a biofilm grows and treats the wastewater. MBBR systems are robust, low-maintenance, and highly effective for organic and nutrient removal. Suitable for a wide range of capacities and site conditions.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)

mbr

A high-performance treatment process combining biological treatment with membrane filtration. MBR systems produce treated effluent of the highest quality, suitable for reuse applications with stringent standards. Suitable for sites where space is limited and high effluent quality is required.

In-House Prefabricated MS Tanks

TREE Green Solutions manufactures in-house prefabricated Mild Steel (MS) tanks for STP treatment units. Prefabricated tanks offer significant advantages over conventional civil construction:

icon

Faster installation with reduced site construction time

icon

Consistent fabrication quality under controlled workshop conditions

icon

Suitable for sites with space constraints or difficult ground conditions

icon

Easily transportable and installable with minimal civil work

Sewage Treatment Plant Design & Installation

We provide design, supply, installation and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) using technologies such as MBR, SBR and MBBR selected based on site conditions, treatment capacity, wastewater characteristics, and client requirements. We have successfully executed STP projects for the hospitality and healthcare sectors in and around Hubballi-Dharwad.

In addition, we undertake the replacement and upgradation of electromechanical equipment for existing sewage treatment plants to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Our prominent clients include Fleetguard Filters and South Western Railway (SWR). Our featured projects showcase our experience in delivering customized sewage treatment solutions, from new STP installations to the modernization of existing treatment facilities.

Drainage Network Planning & Design

What is a Drainage System?

A drainage system is a network of channels, pipes, and structures designed to collect and convey surface runoff and wastewater away from a locality in a controlled and efficient manner. A well-designed drainage system prevents waterlogging, protects infrastructure, and maintains the health and hygiene of the area.

TREE Green Solutions provides detailed drainage system design for residential layouts, localities, and urban areas. Our services include:

icon

Site survey and topographic assessment

icon

Detailed drainage network design for new layouts

icon

Redesign and optimisation of existing drainage networks

icon

Layout drawings and technical documentation

icon

Compliance with local authority and municipal standards
